He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Salvatore; his daughter-in-law Angela; his daughter Linda; his grandchildren, Lilliana, Franco and Isabella; his brothers, Saverio Fazzolari and John Fazzolari (Rosalba); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Maffei, Mary Cannetto (John), Sal Angilletta (Gisella), Sally Angiletta (Rosemarie), Lucy Mastrogiacomo (Angelo) and Joe Angilletta (Rosemarie). He is also survived by his extended family, many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home (767 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (910 Boston Post Rd, Rye, NY 10580). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1 High St, Rye Brook, NY 10573).
