He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Lapetina and Annie Lapetina; and his siblings, Anne Valenti and John Lapetina. He is survived by: his wife Joan R. Lapetina; his children, Frank Lapetina, David Lapetina (Jackie), Nancy Lapetina and Karen LaMagna (Richard); and his grandchildren, Christopher LaMagna (Darianne), James LaMagna, Gregory Lapetina, Brian Lapetina and Elyh Lapetina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
