Katherine Elaine O'Neill Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2022, Katherine Elaine O'Neill of Rye, New York, born in Port Chester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Katherine T. Kirby Taylor and Edward F. Taylor; her brother James Kirby (Buster); her husband William Edward (Bill); her grandchildren, William John Kelly and Kathryn (Leon); her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Brian, Christopher Thomas Elgert, Annemarie Julia Elgert Fosstveit (John Eric Fosstveit) of St. Charles, MO, Andrew Thomas Elgert and Brianna Dale Fosstveit; and her great great grandchildren, Jordan Andrew Kral-Elgert and Daisy Grace Elgert.

In recognition of Elaine's accomplishments and contributions to the community, she was awarded the 1995 Americanism Award by the Rye American Legion Post 128.
