He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Foley and Helen Foley (Yorkville); and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gilligan; his children, Larry (Megan Foley), Mary Beth (Kevin Duffy), Tricia Foley (Tom Sullivan) and Kerry (Brian Leonard); and his brother Jerry Foley. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and his youngest.
