He is survived by: his wife Courtney Miller Szwajkowski; his children, Eliot Pullman Szwajkowski, Elise Trostel Szwajkowski, Castine Childs Szwajkowski, George Pinkerton Szwajkowski and Lear Edward Szwajkowski; his daughter-in-law Amanda Josephine Szwajkowski; his granddaughter Ayla Ray Szwajkowski; his mother Carol Mares Szwajkowski; his siblings, Todd Stephen Szwajkowski (Alex Aubry) and Amy Lauren Szwajkowski; his nephew Henry Ronald DeHart; and his niece Vivian Mares DeHart.
