He was predeceased by: his father Terrence Dougherty. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Dougherty; his close friend Park West Advisors; his children, Aidan, Caroline and Leo; his former wife Theresa; and his sisters, Michelle Gardner (Richard) of Gloucester, Maureen Petit (Robert) of Grafton, Mass. and Melanie Dandini of Leominster, Mass.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
