He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Neeves. He is survived by: his mother Rilla Mae Neeves; his children, Elizabeth Neeves, Elinore Neeves and Thomas J. Neeves, Jr.; his siblings' children, Angeline McInerny, Adrianna Masters, Tyler Brandel and Taeden Brandel; his siblings, Linda Neeves, Michael Neeves and Mark Neeves; and his sister-in-law Laura Labriola.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home (767 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rye Presbyterian Church (882 Boston Post Rd, Rye, NY 10580). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at the Greenwood Union Cemetery (215 North St, Rye, NY 10580).
