With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Claudine Burnup of Sackets Harbor, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Claudine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Claudine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Guffey and Aurora Guffey (Lester); her husband Gaynard Burnup; and her daughter Bonney Burnup. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Burnup (Gregory Flannery) of Decatur, Georgia and Sandy (Glenn Durham); her grandchildren, Jason Durham (Fulton), Jenny (Greg Hagan) and April (Chris Little); and her siblings, Doris Kellie of Lincoln, Carol Prall of Mesa and George (Jane Guffey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
