He is survived by: his daughter Anna Harper (Hunter) of Clarksville, TN; his sisters, Joyce H. Pietroski (Richard) of Sackets Harbor and Jennifer H of Sackets Harbor; and his grandchildren, Evan A. Owens and Emma J. Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
