We announce the death of Sherry Lynn Cobb (Sackets Harbor, New York), who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 68. Sherry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father John R. Middlestate; and her sister Lorie L. Middlestate. She is survived by: her mother Linda L. Middlestate (Grant) of Dexter; her husband David B. Cobb; her sons, Phillip Bourquin of Sackets Harbor and Michael Bates of Sackets Harbor; her grandchildren, Xandra Soluri, Landen Bourquin, Liam Bates and Billy Bates; and her siblings, Mary Alford (Bruce) of Mannsville, Diane Payne of Dexter, Wendy Horton (Paul Knapp) of Chaumont, Amy Morrow, Thomas Donovan, John Middlestate (Sandra) of Rodman, David Middlestate (Stephanie Petroske) and Brett Middlestate (Sherri) of Chaumont. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
