Miller in Saint James, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her son Donald Rice, Jr.; and her foster parents, Edward, Ina Dieter and Don Rollins. She is survived by: her children, Raquel "Rae" Rice (John Mulligan) of Hornell, Damion Rice of Hornell and Angie Jackson of Hornell; her foster mother Sharon McGraff (Rollins); her foster siblings, Greg Rollins, Doug Rollins, Dona Rollins, Francis Raymond, Faye Sarvis, Diane Roosa, Joyce Sarvis, David Mastin and Jeff Mastin; and her friend Mary. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
