He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Hoffman of Calverton, NY; his daughter Lisa Hoffman (Bryan Stepney) of New Jersey; and his siblings, M'Liss Hoffman of Florida, Robert Hoffman of North Carolina and Timothy Hoffman of Long Island. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
