He is survived by: his mother Lynda Burkhart; his stepfather John Burkhart; his father Anthony Spinella Jr.; his siblings, Philip, Anthony, Jake, Jonathan, Steven, Gabrielle, Anna-Sofia and Lyndsay; his grandparents, Frank Lucatuorto and Dierdre Spinella; his siblings' children, Ella and Maceo; his aunt Germaine; and his uncle Frank. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins, sister and brother-in-laws.
