He was predeceased by : his parents, Brayton Frasier and Ada Frasier (Edwards); and his siblings, Cyrus, Jake Frasier, Ina Nearbin and Eleanor Monk.

He is survived by : his stepsons, Richard King, Scott King and Brian Kindl; his wife Janice Frasier (Carter); his siblings, George (Norma Frasier), Harvey (Connie Frasier) and Marion (Larry Alkinburgh); his children, Carol, Bill Cooper, Guyette (Lea), Steve Dougherty, Nancy, Janice Frasier, Todd, Regina Frasier, Howard and Michelle Frasier; and his stepchildren, Robert, Jill Simonds, Victoria, Bernie Amell and Kimberly Berry. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
