Patrick leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Patrick’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Patrick will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Marie Flander (Wright); and his sister Thomasine "Tammy" Flanders (Kimberly). He is survived by: his father Thomas J. Flander, Sr.; his niece Danielle Tkacik (Ethan); his nephew Jonathan Flander; his brother Alvin Flanders (Sharon Grace); and his nieces, Shamrin and Destiny Flanders.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John's Reformed Church (68 W Main St, St Johnsville, NY 13452). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Masonic Lodge (20 Bridge St, St Johnsville, NY 13452).
