Swartz of Saint Johnsville, New York, born in Ilion, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Hazzard and Annabelle Hazzard (Mang); her brother Dennis Hazzard; and her brother-in-law William Merkel. She is survived by : her husband Richard A. Swartz, Sr.; her sons, Stephen Swartz of St. Johnsville and Shawn Swartz (Stacy) of Nelliston; her stepson Richard A. Swartz, Jr. (Tonya) of Florida; her grandchildren, Joey McEwen (Juhana), Haley Day (Manny), Austin Swartz, Marina, Christopher Swartz and Dallis; her great grandchildren, Satcha, Samantha, Sabrina, Sadie, Joey, Jr., Sophia and Callum; her siblings, Diane Beyer (David) of Virginia, Rose Merkel of Illinois and George Hazzard (Karen) of Canajoharie; and her brother-in-law Raymond Swartz of St. Johnsville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
