He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn M. Mosher; his children, Lisa of St. Regis Falls, Billy LaBounty of St. Regis Falls, Larry of St. Regis Falls and Cyndi Fraser of St. Regis Falls; his siblings, Harold "Jack" (Kathy Fraser) of St. Regis Falls, Haven (Pete) of St. Regis Falls, Deborah Fraser (Hugh "John") of St. Regis Falls and Amy Fraser (Jennifer DeRochie) of St. Regis Falls; and his great grandchildren, Steven Shantie, Kendall Marshall, Calista, Nathan Work, Macy Fraser, Demba Ba, Brady, Vanessa Shantie, Kahlib Jevon Price, Gianna Rae Shantie and Bentley Hazen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of the local organizations Jeff loved: St. Regis Falls Fire Department, American Legion Post #322, or Trinity United Methodist Church.
