He is survived by: his daughters, Atiya Ramadhan (Josh) of Carrollton, NY and Yasmine King (Joshua) of Saranac Lake, NY; his grandchildren, Kamar Milliner, Matthew Milliner, Kamil Milliner, Amaya Milliner, Ella King and Ethan King; and his brother Allee A. Ramadhan, MD.
