He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Sr. Talbot and Betty Mighells Talbot; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Green and Earl H.. He is survived by: his children, Olean Campus, David Talbot (Betsy) of Allegany, NY and Damond Talbot (Maggie) of Leesburg, FL; his grandchildren, Dylan, Bryant of Allegany, Marieangelis and Jomar of Leesburg, FL; and his brother Joel Talbot (Diane) of Salamanca, NY. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O’rourke & O’rourke INC Funeral Home (25 River St, Salamanca, NY 14779).
