He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Conklin and Grace Bowles Conklin; and his siblings, Dolores Lindsey, Mildred Conklin, Lucy Kennedy, Marie Selig, Marshall Conklin, Roy Conklin, Glenn Conklin Jr., Clair Conklin and Norman Conklin.

He is survived by : his children, Debra Roberts (Larry Zimbardi) of Kill Buck, NY, Christine Ellis (Anthony) of Salamanca, NY and Wayne Conklin Jr. (Jackie Opferbeck) of Kill Buck, NY; his grandchildren, Jonathan Conklin, Dennis Conklin, Heather Roberts, Zack Roberts, Brittney DeGroat, Trevor Ellis and Trente Ellis; his great grandchildren, Kali Conklin, Lita Conklin, Gracie Conklin, Chloe Conklin, Leo Conklin, Czedrick Uriel Neri, Czian Uriel Neri and Isla Conklin; and his sisters, Donna Juhola of Littleton, CO and Joyce Beales of Port Richie, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
