He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund D. Phillips and Elbertine Phillips (Clark); his wife Gail Phillips (Sheffield); and his brother James Phillips (Joan). He is survived by: his children, Michael Phillips (Eileen Laverty) of Salem, NY and Megon; his brother John Phillips (Patricia); his grandchildren, Emma Phillips of Fountain Grove, CA. and Sean Phillips (Julie) of Shrewsbury, VT.; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Hannah, Graham, Adalyn and Hayden. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
