He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Mann Cutler; his children, James Michael Cutler (Carol Smith Cutler) of Granville, NY, Leslie Jean Cutler Richards (John Glenn Richards) of Schuylerville, NY and Suzanne Marie Hermann (Todd Hermann) of Berlin, NY.; his sisters, Clare Lemovitz (late Harvey) of Norton, MA and Luann Gardner (David Gardner) of Rehoboth, MA; his grandchildren, Nathan Richards, Jeffrey Richards, Seamus Cutler, Greta Hermann, Holly Hermann and Bridget Hermann; and his great grandchildren, Graham Richards, Jasmine Richards, Heath Richards, Gerald Richards, Alicestyn Richards, Eoin Cutler and Faolin Cutler. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
