She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Alva R. Howard, Jr. (Bernard); her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Jean "Betty Jean" Howard, Helen Howard and Merrilee Howard; and her friends, Donna Lontine, Warren and Jan Cicotte.

She is survived by: her siblings, William "Bill" Howard, III, Frank Howard, Sr., Sandy Brouillette (Howard) and David Howard (Dianne); her nieces and nephews, Michael O. Howard, Dianne Dudley, Frank Howard, Jr., Andrew Howard, Michael P. Howard, Daniel Howard, John Woodard, Billie Jean Galusha, Andrea Brouillette, James Brouillette, David Howard, Jesse Howard and Jeremy Fifield; and her friends, Richard Lontine (family: Nina, David Shaw, Rod, Michele Cross) and Teresa Goldman. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
