He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Moss and Shirley Moss (Stewart). He is survived by: his wife Irene Nix Moss; his children, Terissa Keech (Joshua) of Hudson Falls, Paula Moss of Queensbury, Jacob Nix of Granville, Eugene Periard, Jr. of Salem and Rebecca Gannon (Raymond) of Cambridge; and his sisters, Melanie Liles (Donald) of Hudson Falls, Pamela Dowd (Derrick) of Hudson Falls and Tanya Moss of Hudson Falls. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
