Jaquay; his children, Michael Jaquay (Nancy Brennan) of New Berlin, MD, Rick Jaquay (Joan) of Dolgeville, NY and Ashley Jaquay of Dolgeville, NY; his grandchildren, Halie, Tyler, Ryann, Briella, Olivia, Lucas and Lillyana Jaquay; his great grandchild Anthony Stancavage (Alexander Stancavage); his siblings, Paul Jaquay (Robin) of Salisbury, NY, Edith Humphreville of Dolgeville, NY and Brian Jaquay (Cherie Field) of Lassellsville, NY; and his mother-in-law Evelyn Jaikin of Dolgeville, NY. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
