She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Downey and Gloria Downey; and her sibling Lynn Landen. She is survived by: her husband Juan A. Serrano; her children, Kim Simoneit (Jason) and Christen Vivian (JeanPierre); her grandchildren, JeanPierre (Lexi), Jason and Liam; her great grandchildren, Aaliyahh and Jacob; and her brother Timothy Downey.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in memory of Cheryl may be made to Niagara Hospice.
