He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Darlene Clark and Roger W. Kassay. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Kassay and Georgiana [Clark] Kassay; his wife Dawn V. [Papazian] Kassay; his sister Stephanie Wolkowicz (Matthew); and his grandmother Sandra Hess.
