Gail Pendergast Obituary

We announce the death of Gail Pendergast (Sanborn, New York), who passed away on June 30, 2026, at the age of 75. Gail will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Carr and Gertrude Carr (Quester); her husband Richard J. Pendergast; and her siblings, Warren Carr (late Carolyn), Harold Carr (late Shirley), Richard Carr (Roseanne), Terrance Carr, Catherine Moeller (Lester) and Patricia Lundy (James).

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Pendergast, Catherine Contento (Joseph) and Timothy Pendergast (Christa Wilkie); her grandchildren, Dominic, Sophia, Ella Contento, Jack and Isla Pendergast; and her siblings, Dennis Carr (late Barbara), Robert Carr (Dawn), Timothy Carr (Janice), Barbara Chapman and Nancy Hawes (late Terrance). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
