He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Slade (Stachowski); his son Michael Slade; his sisters, Lorrie Nole (Girard) and Lisa Bishop (Dee); his nephews, Kenneth (Samantha), Mitchell Nole and Andrew Stachowski; his niece Jessica Todd (David); and his brothers-in-law, Gary and Jim Stachowski (Lori). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA.
