She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Snelgrove and Mary [Foote] Snelgrove; her husband George A. Chadwick; her daughter Paula Boettcher; her grandson Paul Baran; her great grandchild Nick; and her siblings, Henry "Hank" Snelgrove, Marian Garland (William) and Beatrice O'Neil (Edward).

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Mayer (late Kenneth); her son-in-law Tim Boettcher; her grandchildren, Sheila Baran (Steve Jasinski), Andrew Mayer (Nicole Haas), Sara Holmer (Ryan) and K. Glenn Mayer (Peggy); her great grandchildren, Alexander (Britaney), Maximilian (Sierra), Liam, Julianna and Breiann (Trace Miller); her sister-in-law Averil Snelgrove; her nephews, Toby and Inky; and her great grandchild Austin Hager.

Memorials may be made in her name to The Pendleton Center Methodist Church, Niagara Hospice and Niagara County SPCA.
