He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kerns and Claribel [Clayton] Kerns; and his brothers, Curtis and Samuel Kerns. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A. [Pettitt] Kerns; his children, Robert (Diane), William Kerns and Kathi Taylor (Dale); and his grandchildren, Robert, William, Josh Kerns, Jennifer Zack (Dan) and Randy Taylor. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
