She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard White and Fannie White (Stafford); her husband Alden Brooks Wade; her son Timothy Wade; her grandson Joshua Wade Nutting; and her brothers, Wayne White, Doug White, Phil White, Norman White, Jack White and Reggie White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelli Carlisle (Andy) and Tina Fults (Steve); her great grandchild Raven Peterson; her siblings, Sharon Cordell, Gary White (Betty) and Terry White (Cindy); her sister-in-law Elizabeth White; Ryan Vendetti, Steven Wade, Megan Nutting (Devin Coon), Brooke Carlisle and Zoie Carlisle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
