He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pickett and Mildred Pickett. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Snyder; his children, James Pickett, Stephen Pickett, Georgia, Karen Snyder and Brian; his grandchildren, Chaese, Andrea Pickett, Dakota Pickett, Carissa Pickett, Ben Pickett, James, Brooke Snyder, Sarah, Nick Miller and Rachel Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Mariella Miller and Gabriel Pickett.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sandy Creek United Wesleyan Church (6224 N Main St, Sandy Creek, NY 13145). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sandy Creek United Wesleyan Church in his memory.
