He was predeceased by: his father Patrick O. Keegan Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruth VanPatten; his son Steven Keegan Jr. (Ebony); and his siblings, George Keegan, Patrick Keegan III (Penny), Andy Keegan (Patsy), Michael Keegan (Vicky), Deborah Martell (Thomas), Noreen Tefft, Shirley Keegan and Gwendolyn Smith (Michael). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
