It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Tarantino in Saranac Lake, New York, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her mother Bertha Mae Duquette; her former life partner Joe Tarantino, Jr.; and her brothers, Albert LaDue (Bing) and Frank LaDue. She is survived by : her husband Joseph Tarantino; her daughters, Sue Jeffreys and Joanne Tarantino; her grandchildren, Andrew Jeffreys (Allie Cox), Mia Jeffreys (Lenny Valvano) and Aspen Witt (Jeff Ridha); her sons-in-law, William Jeffreys and John Witt; her brothers, Jimmy LaDue (Barbara) and John LaDue (Karen) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Penny LaDue of Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
