He is survived by: his parents, Hilda Sullivan and Wayne Sullivan (Kathy); his wife Donna M. Sullivan (Fox); his siblings, Lisa Sullivan, Jim Sullivan and Kylie Miller (Matt); his siblings' children, Benjamin, Zachary, Malcolm and Sarah Sullivan; his great-nephews, Cameron and Zenon; his mother-in-law Carol Fox; his sister-in-law Laura Bennett (Dave); his nephews, Doug and Brad (Mary); his brother-in-law Dan Fox (Wendy); and his siblings' children, Charlie, Emmett, Greg Fox (Mindy), Abby and Conner.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Agnes Church or the Saranac Lake Volunteer Ambulance Service.
