She is survived by: her significant other Anthony Martinez; her daughter Shannon Martinez; her granddaughter Annalise Cascino; her siblings, Daniel Brewer Jr. (Colleen), Donna Filger (Tom), Jeffrey Brewer (Karla) and Trena Young (Mark); her pet Evie; and her granddaughter Remi.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Geri-Lynn's honor can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
