He was predeceased by: his father Richard C. Perry. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Betty Perry (Barrow); his children, Kiley of Saranac, Conner of Saranac and Olivia of Saranac; his sister Michele Petrashune; his uncles, Charles Perry, John Conroy and Warren Smith; his aunt Jannet Lamora; and his nephew Seth Holder.
