He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Litterer and Augusta M. Korte; his sisters, Joan Weiskopf Wyman (Harry) and Josephine Chiarontona (Vincent); his brother-in-law John Litterer; and his pets, Kain, Elphaba, Galinda, Fiyero, Sam, Tom Sawyer and Hershey.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Mallette; his sister Diane Litterer; his children, Joanne McDermott (Greg) and Frank Litterer (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Gregory McDermott (M'Kayla Tahkeal-Whitford), Hunter McDermott (Kristin Felton) and Hailey Litterer; and his great grandchild Gregory McDermott, III.
