She was predeceased by: her son Anthony Cruise (Christa); and her siblings, Rachel, Nellie, May, Frank, Huey, Tommy and Henry.
She is survived by: her significant other Frederick Wind; her pet Angel; her children, Nancy (Matt), Amy Cruise, Laurie (Joe) and Freddie; her grandchildren, Jessie, Luciphine, Ashley, Evelyn, Heather (Jake) and Steven; her great grandchildren, Emery, Paisley, Antonio, Bella and Mia; and her godchildren, Henry Daniels, Patricia Schoenweiss and Tinamarie Williams. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and donations, the family requests one small act of kindness be done for someone as Amy did in her daily life.
