He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gehring and Mary Ann Gehring (Buytkus); his wife Jill Lezette; his sister Mariann Krum (Edward); his nephews, Michael Krum and Steven Scheffel; his brother-in-law Karl Lezette; and his stepmother Helen Hally.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Hughes (Paul) of Titusville, Fla. and Gretchen Craft (Mike) of Saugerties; his granddaughter Randi Worrad (Jeffrey) of Saugerties; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Jonathan; his brother Robert Gehring of Saugerties; his parents-in-law, Robert (Joan), Donald Lezette (Eileen), Sue Lezette Michaels (Rich) and Tonita Lezette; and his pets, Pookie and Junior.
