He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Oswald and Ella S. Oswald; his siblings, Lawrence J. Oswald Jr. and Norma Oswald; his brothers-in-law, Harold Schoch and Robert Paganelli; his daughter-in-law Andrea Oswald; and his nephew Adam Hine.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Stephanie Langlois (Bernard) of New Orleans and Mark Oswald of Westchester; his sisters, June Oswald of Saugerties, Marion Schoch of Knoxville, TN and Dorothy Tompkins (Jim) of Tucson, AZ; his sister-in-law Anne Hine (Jay) of Fonda, NY; and his grandchildren, Taryn Lazarone, Carl "Trey" Lazarone and Charlotte Oswald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Family suggests donations in his memory be made to the Blue Kats Mens Club, 273 Blue Mountain Road, Saugerties, NY. 12477.
