As Jeanette departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jeanette. Though Jeanette may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eason and Elizabeth Eason; and her husband Joseph Sauer. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Hangate of Mass, Susan Sachar (Victor) of Mt. Marion, Richard (Mary Ellen Boice) of Mt. Marion, Joseph of Mt. Marion and Clifford Sauer of Mt. Marion. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home Inc. (45 John St, Saugerties, NY 12477).
