She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jake" Welsh and Frances Manfredi Welsh; and her sisters, Nanci Lamb and Bobbee Reeder. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Kathleen Martin, Susan Lamb, Melissa Yuran of Kingston and John J. Reeder of Kingston.
