He is survived by: his wife Bernadette "Bunny" Dvorak; his daughter Julia Dvorak; his child-in-law Ryan Johnson (Brandon Potter); his grandson Theodore "Teddy" Johnson; his stepgranddaughters, Abigail "AJ" Potter and Alexandra "Alex" Halwick; his siblings, Anne Palumbo (James) of Latrobe, PA and Charles Dvorak of Vietnam; his nephew James Palumbo, Jr.; his nieces, Jessica Peretin (Brian) and Valerie Palumbo; and his parents-in-law, C. Scott Doty (Judi Hendricks), Christopher J. Doty (Patricia) and Laurel Doty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
