He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moran and Amelia Moran; and his siblings, Lillian, Joan, Gail and Edward Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Helene Bartolotta of Germantown; his daughters, Moira (Greg DeCelle) of Saugerties and Breanne Dwyer of Saugerties; his sister Linda Semilof of Florida; and his grandchildren, Allyson, Casey, Lillian and Declan.
