We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023, at the age of 90, Theodore Layman (Saugerties, New York), born in Ashland, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theodore Layman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Layman and Amelia Layman; his wife Marion Layman; and his siblings, Gary Layman and June Nichols.

He is survived by: his children, JoAnne Fischetti (Mark) of Lenox, MA, Tim Layman of Saugerties and Jeffrey Layman (Kathy Raskoskie) of Saugerties; his granddaughters, Megan Fischetti, Shalan Newkirk and Tesia Layman; and his stepgrandson Nicholas Fischetti.

Donations in Ted Layman's memory will be gratefully accepted by the Quarryville United Methodist Church and Saugerties Animal Shelter.
