He was predeceased by: his father Saverio Fuoco; his former wife Judith Terpening Fuoco; his wife MaryEllen McGann Fuoco; his mother Theresa Morello Fuoco; and his siblings, Jeanette, Sam, Michael, Anthony, Louis, Richard, Lorraine and Ralph.

He is survived by: his daughter Deborah L. Fuoco; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Terpening Dotson (David W. Dotson) and William McGann (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the St Mary's Cemetery (322 Foxhall Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
