He is survived by: his father Charles Ostrosky; his siblings, Charles "C. J." Ostrosky Jr. and Mandy Simmons (David); his nephews, Emilee Carlson (Kayla), Raina Simmons (Doug), David Simmons (Justice) and Jeremy Simmons; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Veyo, Bradyn, Brynley, Bryson, Octavia and Raelynn. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles and cousins.
