It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert John Lallier of Sauquoit, New York, born in New Hartford, New York, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wendel Lallier and Viola Lallier (Smith); his siblings, Lovina Staring (Pal), Joan Howard, Sonny Lallier, David Lallier (Gail) and George Lallier; his brothers-in-law, Bill Crowe and Dan Prye; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Corbin and Kordelia.
He is survived by : his wife Patricia "Penny" Charette; his children, Robbin Riker (David C.) of Sauquoit, Dale Lallier (Diana) of Sauquoit, Lisa Murphy (Steven) of Clayville and Audrey Braun (Jordan) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Tiffany Riker (Aaron), Heather Riker (Robert), David James Riker (Michelle), Tyler Lallier (Bailey), Travis Lallier (Chelsea), Haylee Lallier (Robbie), Ashlee Newman (Cole), Jackson, Zackary Murphy, Wyatt and Sydney Braun; his siblings, Beverly Prye, Eunice Derouin (Bob), Peter Lallier (Joan), Jeanette Hollenbeck (Ray), Linda Crowe, Ida Sheppard (Gary), Carol Bowee (Fred), Alfred Lallier (Patty) and Kirk Lallier; his siblings-in-law, William Howard and Nancy Lallier; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Logan, Ella, Oliver, Brayden, Garrett, Michael, Jack, Skylar, Max, Oakley, Wrenlee and Rory; and his close friend Keith Hale (Jennifer). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
